Our Story

Founded in 2010, Venture Equity Partners (VEP), identifies, acquires and repositions properties in undervalued yet well-positioned markets. Over the past decade, we have been involved in excess of $100MM in transactions ranging from residential, office, hospitality and mixed-use projects.

Between 2014 and 2017, (VEP) repositioned most of its diverse holdings while still owning and managing select properties within the Brooklyn Tech Triangle. In 2018 the company expanded its reach into Southern California to focus on new opportunities and was rebranded as Venture Equity Partners // WEST (VEPWEST).
